Plans & payments
What happens when the trial ends?
The VPN and hotspot switches are paused and anything running is stopped, until you choose a plan.
Do you see my card details?
No. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Your card details go straight to Paddle. We only see your name, email, country and plan.
Can I move a plan to another PC?
Yes. Sign out of TetherNode on the old PC to free its place, then sign in on the new one. Starter covers 1 computer, Pro 3, Team 10 and Enterprise as many as you need.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign in to TetherNode with your account, and your trial and plan are linked to it. Sign in on another PC and your plan comes with you, up to your plan’s computer limit.
